My stay at Nobu Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The luxurious room with its great amenities far exceeded my expectations, and the in-room dining from Nobu was good. However, I was disappointed by the pool being closed for the winter and the somewhat dismissive attitude from management regarding sunbed placement. It's a beautiful hotel, but the experience felt tarnished by a few service missteps.

Rooms
10.0
My room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and extremely comfortable with luxurious amenities. I especially loved the innovative fixtures in the bathroom, which really enhanced my stay.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and attentive, which made my interactions pleasant. However, I encountered some challenges with management that left me feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously.
Location
7.0
The hotel's location within Caesars Palace is convenient for exploring, though the vibe felt slightly less exclusive compared to other properties nearby. It was easy to access the strip, but the nearby dining options were quite pricey.
Dining
9.0
Dining in my room was a highlight; the quality of the food from Nobu was fantastic and met all my expectations. However, I was surprised by the limited options for included meals without additional costs.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were well-maintained, but the closure of the main pool was a letdown. I felt that there could have been better solutions for accessing sunbeds while still ensuring guest enjoyment at the pool area.

Staying at the Nobu Hotel was an interesting mix of highs and lows. While my check-in was smooth and the private lobby offered complimentary drinks, I was disappointed by the lack of attention from some staff and the less-than-perfect room view. Dining at Nobu was a highlight, but service issues and overall inconsistency left me wanting more.

Rooms
7.0
My room, #7905, was beautifully appointed and offered a lovely view of the Caesars fountains. However, some aspects felt basic and lacked the luxurious touch I expected, especially given the price.
Service
6.0
The staff varied from amazing to lackluster. While Ana was incredibly attentive and even surprised me with a bottle of champagne for our special occasion, other interactions, especially with the evening team, felt rude and unhelpful.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location within Caesars Palace is fantastic, giving easy access to attractions like the Bellagio fountains. However, being surrounded by other towers diminished my view options.
Dining
9.0
Dining at Nobu was the highlight of my stay—Scott curated a nice seven-course meal that was delicious and beautifully presented. Room service was also really good, especially the breakfast options.
Facilities
6.0
While the facilities were generally well-maintained, the convenience was offset by a few irritating issues like long wait times for drinks while gambling and minimal ice machine access throughout the hotel.

I had an overall good stay at Nobu Hotel, with really nice room features and attentive service. The dining options, especially from Nobu restaurant, were great. However, the check-in process and some staff interactions left a bit to be desired, making my experience somewhat mixed.

The Hakone suite was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations with its luxurious amenities and meticulous attention to detail. I loved the unique strip view and two sets of everything in the bathroom.
Service
7.0
While check-in was smooth and helpful initially, there were isolated incidents with staff that were off-putting. My experience could've been better with a more consistent level of service throughout my stay.
Location
9.0
The hotel is perfectly situated right inside the hustle of Caesars Palace, making it super convenient to access nearby attractions and restaurants without dealing with the crowds.
Dining
10.0
The in-suite dining experience was really good, with unique menu items that weren't on the restaurant menu. My favorites included the 'Vegas Burger' and ‘Steak and Jidori Eggs,' all served with great attention.
Facilities
8.0
Amenities like the private gym and business center were impressive, but the wait for my room and the mix-up at check-in highlighted opportunities for improvement in their overall operations.

My stay at Nobu Hotel was a mixed experience. The check-in process was seamless thanks to Zoey, who was incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to ensure my room was perfect. However, I found the internet connection unreliable during my time there, which was inconvenient. Overall, the luxurious room comfort and the prime location made it a nice stay, despite some hiccups.

Rooms
10.0
The room impressively combined luxury with comfort, featuring high-end amenities and a spacious layout that made me feel pampered. The bathroom was particularly lovely, with high-quality toiletries and an excellent shower experience. It was very quiet too, despite being in the busy Caesars complex.
Service
8.0
The team, especially Zoey, provided excellent customer service that instantly made me feel at home. I appreciated her attentiveness and willingness to help, which greatly enhanced my experience. Unfortunately, the internet issues affected my overall satisfaction, but they did offer a discount due to the inconvenience.
Location

Nobu's location within Caesars Palace is fantastic, making it extremely convenient for exploring the Strip. I could easily walk to nearby attractions and dining options, which was a major plus for my trip.

The hotel facilities were well-maintained, but the pool was closed during my stay, which was disappointing. I had hoped to enjoy some sun by the water. The fitness center looked nice, and I appreciated the complimentary water bottles during turn-down service.

My stay at Nobu Hotel was a mixed bag. While the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, the service fell short in several areas—especially during check-in, which was a total mess. The dining options were a standout, especially the room service from the Nobu restaurant, but overall, I left feeling disappointed by inconsistencies in hospitality.

Rooms
7.0
The room was spacious, very clean, and well-appointed. I appreciated the high-end amenities, but I did have issues with the curtains not working properly and cleanliness going unaddressed during my stay.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was a letdown. Check-in was delayed and chaotic, with some staff being quite rude. However, I did have a good experience with a couple of the staff later on who really tried to help, but it shouldn't have to come to that.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of Caesars Palace. It's super convenient for getting around Las Vegas and accessing the Strip, which was definitely a plus.
Dining
9.0
Dining at Nobu was easily the highlight of my stay. The quality of the in-room dining was excellent, and the grilled seafood was absolutely amazing. It was a bit pricey, but worth it given the quality.
Facilities
6.0
While the hotel had nice facilities, I found the restrictions on the mini-bar and the lack of a fridge to be quite annoying. Also, the resort fee seemed unjustified, given the amenities provided. But I did enjoy the basic comforts.
